This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Iowa.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Two rounds of thunderstorms are forecast on Monday. The first 
will move across the area on Monday morning with a few stronger 
thunderstorms possible. In the afternoon and evening, 
thunderstorms are expected to redevelop with strong to severe 
storms possible. Large hail and damaging winds are the main 
hazards. Pockets of heavy rain are also possible.

Periodic storm chances continue Tuesday and through much of the 
upcoming week. The severe weather risk will be better refined in 
the coming days.

In addition to storms, heat will return Monday and Tuesday with
heat indicies over 100 degrees likely.
