'20-'21 Winter Storm #7

Posted: 24 Dec 2020 07:59 AM

Just in time to make for a White Christmas for some portions of the state, a powerful winter storm brought blizzard conditions over northwestern Iowa on Wednesday along with cold temperatures for the rest of the state. The featured map presents an analysis of available NWS and CoCoRaHS snowfall reports received so far this morning. Totals near four inches can be found over northwestern Iowa. This snow should stick around for a while with not much for above freezing temperatures expected over the next week.
