The top panel shows this year's total along with last year's and the long term envelop along with the simple average. The bottom panel shows the accumulated departure from that simple average. This year and last year had a very similar May, but the very warm June has clearly differentiated the two. The forecast continues the warm weather with more humidity expected next week to start of July.
