Iowans are getting an early morning wake up call from Mother Nature today with a well defined convective complex over northern Iowa prompting a few warnings from the NWS this morning. These early morning systems are an important part of Iowa's annual rainfall totals. This system will move out this morning with another round of strong to severe storms expected tonight and again into the early morning hours on Friday.
