The featured image is a time composite of maximum NEXRAD reflectivity for a time period from 7 PM Monday Night till 7 PM Tuesday Night (Aug 7). This composite gives a quick indication of where thunderstorms occured and the fine county of Story is highlighted showing how effective our storm shield has been working. Storms on Tuesday Night stayed south and with more storm chances today, it will be interesting to see how they will avoid the county this time.
