The strong storms that fired in Kansas and Nebraska on Tuesday were not able to maintain their strength for a trip into Iowa this morning as shown by NEXRAD. Only showers are occuring this morning, but development is expected this afternoon with heavy rain possible. Hopefully some of this rain can make it to Eastern Iowa where it is needed.
