It was great to welcome back spring on Sunday with bright sunshine, a slight breeze, and temperatures slightly above normal. Highs reached an even 70 degrees in the Missouri River Valley. The forecast for this week looks excellent with only slight chances of rain. Iowa farmers desperately need a week of dry and warm weather to make the fields tillable.
