The NWS Des Moines NEXRAD site will be offline for the early part of this week for scheduled system updates. So you will want to check out local TV radars if you want to see the much needed rainfall falling this morning in Central Iowa. The heaviest amounts are only around .25 inches at this time, but a couple more storms are on their way.
