The coldest low temperatures this morning are a proxy to where the snow is the deepest. Those areas include Northeast and Northcentral Iowa with lows in the minus teens and snowfall depths greater than 6 inches. The good news is that moderation is expected this week with highs well above freezing where there is no snow.
