ISUAG trace on 26 Sep 2005
Yesterday's hourly trace of solar radiation, air temperature, and 4 inch soil temperature from the Lewis ISUAG site shows a typical trace for fall. Soil temps are often warmer than the air temperature this time of year since the ground looses heat much more slowly than air. Soil temps will continue their net daily decline as air temperatures get colder and the sun gets lower in the sky.
