Many issues remain this lovely Thursday morning. 1. Will the grass finally green up after the much needed rainfall yesterday? 2. Does the severe weather outbreak yesterday qualify as 'March going out like a lion' ? The actual last day of March will be very lamb-like with high pressure building into the plains. and finally 3. Will we see any snowfall in April (read: is winter done)?
