7 AM NWS warnings on 4 Jan 2005
The map shown plots out most of the NWS watches / warmings. The massive area of purple represents a Winter Storm Warning that has been issued for a very strong winter storm heading our way. There is little doubt that lots of moisture exists with this storm, but precipitation type is going to be very difficult to forecast. You could end up with 12 inches of snow and little sleet or you could end up with 2 inches of snow and an inch of ice or some combination of winter fun.

Voting:
Good = 12
Bad = 1
