The weather systems across the Midwest have stalled out to the speed of an old bossy cow. A dominate surface high pressure to the east and a moist low pressure system to the west. Unfortunately, this setup means more rainfall for the folks in NW Iowa that don't really need it. The front will finally push through by Thursday into Friday.
