2004 has been the year of the landspout/F0/ropenado/whatever you want to call it. The Jefferson webcam may have caught a glimpse of one Sunday afternoon. These pictures taken by the public near Gowrie are much more conclusive. The low level environment this year has been very conducive for the formation of these small tornadoes.
