Powerful storms rolled through Iowa yesterday afternoon and evening prompting the National Weather Service to issue at least 40 warmings including 5 tornado warmings for Iowa. Composite NEXRAD shows the heaviest activity to our south this morning, but our chances for rain will remain high as an upper-level distrubance approaches from the SW.
